    Hi Emma,

Just read this. I knew we were like-minded in terms of saving money but had no idea your reasons behind it!

4 years ago I lent my boyfriend at the time a substantial amount of money to help him out, I trusted him a whole lot more than I should have & never saw a penny of it. I tried everything to get it back until the end of last year when I decided it wasn’t worth my time to chase the money & the things in my life now are so much more important (For example Money Tree Man, my boyfriend of three years). Ever since then I have been really careful with my money.

Not shared this online before but it feels so good that I have someone I can relate to. & I can honestly say forgetting about that money was one of the best decisions I ever made.

Thanks for sharing your story with us Emma! Xx
